Our Field Service Technicians have the experience and tools to troubleshoot fast. When Pinnacle Cranes Field Service Technicians arrive on the job site, customers breathe a sigh of relief. Their first priority is to get equipment up and running. Their trucks are fully loaded with state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment. They carry with them specs for every crane we service, including genuine parts lists, service manuals, and updates. But more than all of these tools is the knowledge that each of them bring to the job that keeps equipment running. For our Field Service Technicians, service and dependability are one and the same.

In-Shop Service
With the most highly trained service technicians, Pinnacle Cranes provides quality in-shop repairs with guaranteed workmanship. Our shops are equipped with overhead hoists, yard cranes, large forklifts and special tooling which allows us to get your equipment in and out quickly.

Preventative Maintenance

Pinnacle Cranes’ Preventative Maintenance will keep your machines running reliably for as long as you need them. All cranes are serviced by a factory-trained technician, with servicing offered 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. With every service, you’ll get the help of a trained, qualified technician, a full survey report, and peace of mind that your equipment will meet your standards.
